what an absolute lets down. the room was dirty and poorly maintained, with broken amenities. also, the so-called 'pool' was just a tiny, filthy puddle. don’t even get me started on the ‘non-existent’ dining options. ironic how they did absolutely nothing about it despite asking for a room change or atleast some courtesy. almost gave it a better review, but just couldn’t.

The room was outdated, but the nice aircon saved us from the heat.

public areas dated, broken amenities, access issues
Everything about this place screams neglect!!! The rooms felt run down with broken amenities everywhere. The poor maintenance left the toilets unclean, the showers poorly designed, and the air conditioning unreliable!!! Guests might be better off looking elsewhere for their stay.

Charming Riad with beautifully designed communal areas and attentive, friendly staff. It's a serene escape while still being close to local attractions. Perfectly located for exploring Marrakech.

I loved how the staff always had smiles on their faces and the cleaning crew kept everything spotless. The indoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the room could use some updating, but it didn't take away from my overall experience! 😊

Recommend it for couples who seek cozy charm
The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Simo at reception who helped us plan day trips to nearby attractions, making us feel like we truly experienced the local culture. Breakfast was simple yet adequate, but it’s a perfect start to your day before heading out to explore.
It’s not exactly budget-friendly but still decent for what you get.
